im glad she got kicked off. its sad and funny that she didnt make either of the groups. when she was on making the band she wasnt so cocky and so hateful toward the others...but i suppose she felt that since she had been on a group show before already that she'd easily make it.

WTF?! They're apparently casting for ANOTHER season of The Search for the Next Doll. Including Asia, that's SEVEN members. It's not like they need another member. That's just dumb. I seriously think even five members in a group is pushing it.

Melissa R was pretty much like Nicole, why would they want someone to outshine her? Chelsea wouldn't be able to keep up with the dancing. Asia can really dance even though she can't really sing which is why she won... she fits perfectly into the group. It's not like she's going to be doing much singing besides backup.

I haven't even seen the ep. yet but I am so ticked. K, the reasons make sense but GRR. The winner (if people haven't guess who it is yet) pisses me off. I can't stand her.

honestly i dont think melissa r's voice was all that great...though she's is cuter than asia. at the same time i do think they did not want her because her and nicole look a bit too much alike and she would probably step on nicole's toes. asia's voice is nice but not matured and she basically was the total package.

Asia's voice always annoyed me. And she's never gonna see her kid 'cause of this now. Jeez. I would have preferred someone else over Asia if not Melissa R.

i know they dont look exactly alike... but they have the same look. yeah i do agree the melissa would have just ended up as a backup dance and singer. as far as asia and her baby... i personally could not see me leaving a child behind and specially at being 18 years old.

When it comes down to it, they picked Asia because they needed a black girl in the group.

they already had one, Melody Thornton (the main back up voice in majority of the songs)and now asia. So that shouldnt be an excuse at all.

The show just ended just now and I'm mad. Awkward for me to watch it because I have no cable in my room so I only have local Channels.

Melissa R. has the package. Everything that they needed to make the group. It would be nice to actually have a fully asian member in the group representing the asian's you know.

But noooo, they had to choose Asia. Asia is bleh. I don't like her. She has a big attitude and she has a BABY. Have you ever noticed she moves her fingers like crazy on the mic when she sings, weird isn't it?

When she goes on tour and make songs, she won't be with her baby all the time and she's gonna cry about it.

I find the Season Finale episode was unfair. They made Asia have a high beat song (I don't need a man) and Melissa R. a slow song (Stick with you). Asia was all happy and she moved a lot since the beat kept her going. However Melissa, she had a slow song and she was going how the song was suppose to be, a relaxed & calm song (They even said it was good like she was Nicole Scherzinger).

And they had to choose Asia because she "so called" made the crowd wild with her performance. Melissa R. could've done the same thing too if she was singing I don't need a man.

I hate Asia. It should've been Melissa R. !

i was going to quote you raph501, the whole finger movement on the mic is done by alot of artists for example christina aguilera, which asia's voice is more than likely to reach the same range with the proper vocal coach.

i know you would rather a "full asian" to win but it was based on talent overall. Asia had the most, so therefore she won. I personally dont think melissa r.'s voice would go that far, her voice does not stand out at all as far as being in a group or even in her final performance which was boring. regardless if her song was not upbeat, "stick with you" was one of their biggest hits she should have made it her own and went far with it. even I could have sung that song better.

it's funny how at the beginning i was rooting for both asia and melissa .r but it changed as i finally got to really listen to them and watch them. and yes asia's downfall would be her attitude, but believe it or not all artists have some type of attitude or will develop one.

Though I am a little bitter about Asia winning, it's not like she sucked the whole way through. She was one of the best in the competition, and though I don't think she fits much with PCD, at least she's well rounded.

Actually from the finale episode, I think Asia deserved it more than Melissa R. did. Yeah, Melissa R. is hotter, but I think Asia had a lot more stage presence.

Well, I think with the slower songs it would be easier to judge them on their vocal technique. And better yet, if they can have just as much stage presence doing a slow, very melodic song, then all the better.

I would love for Melissa R. to have won, but the point was already brought up how she would have been seen as another Nicole. She wouldn't have been able to shine in that group. And I think she'd do wonderful as a solo artist. I can't wait to see what she comes up with! (:
