Maybe it's just too much sun, you know?
A derm will probably help you find out what's the real problem. Maybe it is genetic?
There's no money for derm.
Too much sun? I don't think so. My face is 50-80% pale. I use a moisturizer ( OLAY sunscreen) with SPF10, UVA, UVB, Vitamins C&E, and broad-spectrum protection. Is my sunscreen not enough to protect me? I doubt it. by the way, i spend between 2 and 3 hours outside in the sun.
Haha. of course not, it's not genetic. It's a wrong skin product.

^ Yeah, it could be the sun.
Try using sunscreen on your face.
LOL, hey Steven!
Umm, try things that are high in antioxidants. Green tea, blueberries, purple cauliflower, pomegranates, eggplant.. Purple vegetables. You should try them.
And for vitamin A, eat orange things. Raw baby carrots are really good. And steamed/boiled sweet potatoes.
Too much vitamin A is worse than too much vitamin C.. Vitamin C is water-soluble (which means that it passes right through you), while vitamin A is fat-soluble (which means that it's more difficult to excrete).
But you need to try not to overdose on them. Too much vitamin A is actually bad for your skin.
And if you change your mind about fruits, papayas are really good for your skin.

i already used a sunscreen which is mentioned above this.
Everyday at school, i eat a pack of carrot with 230% Vitamin A.
Recently, my cafeteria decided to promote healthiness by purchasing baby carrots with 230% Vitamin A for everyone. So, i eat it everyday.
Before it came out, it was about 120-130% Vitamin A.
My friend warned me that too much vitamin a will make me fatter and half a bag is good enough for me. And, I joked with her,”hah, it's okay. i mean, look at me, I’m all stick and bone! Who really needs fat??!"
