Im not sure whats wrong with my throat. Ive had a sore throat for about 4 days and now, its kind of gone, but when i swallow, my throat hurts, and i cant breathe well. when i look in a mirror, i see one tonsil is much bigger than the other.... so im scared that... what if the tonsil gets so big it chokes me to death T_T. im clueless about tonsils because i have no freinds with this problem. and ive been researching... and do i have tonsilitis? will i have to have my tonsil removed? my parents will take me to a doctor in 2 days... and so far, its been 10 days with sickness... 2 days of waiting... and well i dont know if can wait that long... im getting braces tommorow and well, its going to hurt my mouth, but my mom has been setting up an apointment but something always comes up. this time, im finally getting braces and well, IF they do surgery... i think my mouth will probably hurt badly and same with my throat...

Oh man, this sounds all too familiar.
I actually just recovered from having Strep Throat, and you seem to be having the same symptoms.
Big signs that you have it are if you've had Flu-like symptoms, white patches on your throat/tonsils, fever, and generally feel like crap.
Just do some research and get to the doctor as soon as you can. Let's hope that it's just Strep Throat, which can be taken care of through antibiotics (either with pills or a shot).
I'm no medical expert but I think Strep throat and tonsilitis are one in the same, and if I'm right, you really won't have to worry about having your tonsils removed unless it becomes a chronic problem.
