okay, so for chinese new year, my family and i went to this seafood bar in the casino. (we always have chinese new year dinner on midnight. so we already had new year dinner.)

my cousins had already eaten raw oysters before so they ordered it. i, for one, had never eaten it in my life so i tried it. it was actually pretty good.



first, you squeeze lemon juice on all of them.
second, you put some cocktail sauce on it.
lastly, you eat it.


mm, oysters. i like them now.

My dad, uncles, and their friends are obsessed with oysters, raw or cooked or grilled er whatever they do to them, they love it. I think they're pretty tasty, but la familia tends to have it with lots of beer and lots of loud, full, kind of annoying laughs, so I haven't had it in a while. ):

ive never tried that with the lemon juice..or the coctail sauce, (just plain)
i thought they were pretty nasty at first
but then they tasted pretty good after

I've never had them. I don't like slippery things in my mouth.

I've had them before, they're not bad. I prefer mussels for some reason or clams, i dont know why I guess its because I eat them more. I put lemon on them, but I haven't put cocktail sauce on it. I like putting lemon and cocktail sauce on shrimp cocktail lol

I never had them raw. I usually eat it baked or grilled with kikkoman and lemon and lots of tabsco sauce!

I tried it raw today in Bluefin. IT WAS AWESOME! It was sooo fresh and sweet. The one i ate had hot sauce on top and fish roe. Also this oyster was a lot smaller than the normal oyster we eat. Anyway it was awesome and when I slurped it, it just went down my throat I don't even think I got to chew it. xD
