Okay..so i've figured out how to do a lot of things on psp7 and when i read thru tutorials it usually says "set the opacity to..." then it says 25%, 75%..etc. so this is probably a stupid question but where/how do you set the opacity??

well if yu have photo shop go to ur layer palette nd on top yu should c sumthin like this

change tha opacity to waht ever yu like best, this can also be used for basic blending

right click on the layer name, then choose properties... a little window will open up and then it should have a place where it says 100... change that value...
