Hmm say that in making one graphic, i have layer 1, layer 2, and layer 3. And after messing about 5 hrs, it was close to perfect but one problem. I want to rotate only layer a for 15 degree. How do i do that???? or i cant?

If you're using photoshop, select the layer, and hit ctrl+t. Then, right click and select rotate and then drag.
