UGH, some of you I'm sorry to say know nothing about nutriition or working out, no offense

just to assure my credentials, I am a senior health and fitness major at Purdue University, and compete in the North American Strongman Society. I have twice qualified for strongman nationals.
anyway, onto the topic
1) eating after 8pm wont make you fat. There isn't a set time to quit eating. The best thing to do is to limit carbs within 3 hours of bed. Immediately before bed however, especially if you workout, you WANT to eat a slow-digesting casein protein source and a few carbs to help deliver the protein. The best way to do this is cottage cheese, or milk, with a small bit of oatmeal.
2) doing hundreds of crunches every day will ONLY give you abs with endurance. Abs are a muscle just like any other and are to be worked the same. Work them in sets of 8-15 reps. When that gets too easy, find new ab exercises and add weight resistance. If you go over 15-20 reps, you are working ENDURANCE. Also, they need 72 hours between workouts just like any other muscle, so quit doing them every day.
3) LIFTING WEIGHTS AT A YOUNG AGE WILL NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT! STUNT YOUR GROWTH.

This is an ignorant myth perpetuated by people who have NO idea what they are talking about. the ONLY way to stunt growth is to injure a growth plate at a young age. Weightlifting in young teens/pre-teens will help place stress on the bone which will in truth help it develop stronger and denser.
feel free to ask any other questions.
the attached pic is me locking out a 630lb Conan's Wheel in training earlier this year. My last contest was May 1 in Ohio and I finished 2nd in my class, and won the Conan's Wheel, beating everyone in every class except 1 person.
