i`ve been seeing this brush many times. Here`s just a two examples.
at first i thought it was a font and a :), but i found no fonts that worked.
So i took a guess that it must be a brush.

did u try asking the person that owns the myspace. its probably not even a brush. i think u can make it or one similar by drawing circles w/ the default circle tool nd then draw a smile with a small pixeled round paintbrush

Since the smiley on the second image isn't obscure by anything, I suggest taking that image, cropping out the smiley, and then inverting the image (so that it's like an image pack). Then, just make into a brush (like this).

well.. its two different ppl. one i don't know and profile is private; and one is a lyt site and im sure they won't reply.

Depending on what program you're using, make it into a brush. For PSP. If you have Photoshop, open theimage, use the marquee tool to select the smiley, and go to Edit>>Define Brush Preset on the main menu.
