I don't think theres going to be a good way to get rid of that font without it not looking so great on the picture. The only thing I can suggest is next time start saving the psd files or what ever their called for your version so you can easily go back and delete the layer that has text..

u cant take out the txt w/ out leaving a white outline of the text.

Err ... Well, if you have a lot of time and patience on your hands you could do it.
