I guess it's good to work sometime after your meals. But make sure it's not right after.

In order to not get stomaches, it is not ideal to work out after you eat. You have to at least give the food two hours to digest. I would suggest working out right after school, after you done some homework. You can alter working out and homework, to not make either of them feel overwhelming.

If you have at weight room at your school I say use it. I use the weight room at my school every lunch hour. Before you work out though drink ALOT of water so you dont dehydrate yourself. I usually workout before I eat thenj afte when I'm tired enough i just gulp down my food. I tend to eat more than I'm suppose to becuase i'm trying to grow muscle mass. I was 115 before I started to go to the gym now I weigh about 150. If your trying to loose weight eat lots of salads and try to cut down the junkfood. Eat stuff with lots of protein too.

I work out right after school. Or in the morning before breakfast. Or right before dinner.

You shouldn't work out right before going to sleep. It's going to make your heart work overtime with the repairing your body is doing alongside sleeping. Also, you should follow the rule 45 minutes to an hour before swimming (excercise) so you can avoid cramps and gas. lol. Personally, I suggest in the afternoon when your body is totally awake.

I like to work out at 5 AM before I do anything else. Wake up, go work out, come home, take a shower, and then eat breakfast. It gets your metabolism going earlier, before you eat, so then the metabolism can help shed off the extra fat in your food. Plus, it energizes you for the entire day.

You should eat at least something before you work out though. When you wake up you need something to kick start your metabolism. You might also start to feel fatigued if you don't eat anything before you work out -- specially if you are doing cardio. I would not suggest having a full on breakfast, but some sort of protein bar (A Kashii bar or a Pure Protein bar are really good for you; I would recommend one of those. Even vitamuffins by www.vitalicious.com are amazing) would be idealistic. My weight trainer would always look down upon me if I ever came in to work out without eating something small first. Not pointing you out or anything though, I'm sure your routine works, just putting in my 2 cents =)

dont work out right away after your meals. id say, do it right after school. and dont excersize right before youre going to sleep, either. that'll make you less sleepy.
