Ug, I'm hoping I'm not the only one and I'm sorry cause this is prolly really gross... okay, no it is really gross. I get the nastiest pimples in between my breasts and my guess is that it's because they touch all the time and it gets all nasty and sweaty... (sorry, for the ew factor) I was wondering if anyone knew some great solutions to this... like a bra that would seperate, with out the lift, I have plenty of boob... which is why there is a problem. Well, hope someone can help or at least sympathize.

Was your advice to stop sweating... cause, you know... that's not really something I have control over... wow...

Okay, here's what you do:
Get Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub and Wash. Use the two interchangably in place of your regular body wash. For the sweating problem, make sure you wear loose-fitting clothing for the time being and apply a thin layer of baby powder on your chest to absorb some of the perspiration.
If doing the above for at least 3-4 weeks doesn't yield results, then try using a benzyol peroxide lotion on your chest, just like you'd use on facial acne.

They do have antiperspirant spray that you could use between your boobs.
Baby powder only temporarily work for the time being but to cure them, you can use the same acne cleanser that can be used for face.

Wings, thanks, I never thought about baby powder... I don't wear fitted clothing, so I know that's not the problem. Unfortunately Neutrogena makes me break out, I use Proactive though...

yea lotion isn't gonna help. Keep it moisturized but with a oil-free moisturizer. Pure aloe gel helps for some people, and if it's sweat etc, make sure you cleanse often and sometimes a bit of antiperspirant and/or talcum or babypowder. If you don't want it to be visible, a lil more expensive option is to use an oil absorbing loose powder (like the kind for your face)

Proactive will work all over your body, not just on your face. There are several acne washes that are intended for the body, though. Try to keep the area clean and dry, and it should clear up.

I'm sry but whats a T-zone?
Anyways, what about scars? I have a few on my chest area & most of the left side of my back. What can I do about that?

Your T-Zone is the area on your face that includes the forehead, nose and chin. It's the most common place to get acne.
Try an acne-fighting body wash, and keep your skin clean and dry. It should clear up.

lol, I guess...
someone also mentioned scaring... there are other topics out there that cover scaring... I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter where the scar is.

acne on your chest, back, sholders and upper arms are 100% normal. i have bacne unfortuneatly. i used to have it on my chest but i got rid of it. i just put like cream on it over night and it went away. though not as lucky as my back.

I know I have the same problem. I get a few here-and-there on my sholders and like two tiny little pimples in between by boobs. I also get some on my back. It sucks.

Go to the bathroom in between school "passing period" time and wipe the area from sweat. Or use some anti-persistent deodorant spray.

i had like alot of clogged pores on my chest at one point. i just used neutrogena deep clean(for face) on my chest for 2 weeks whenever i took a shower(which is everyday) and it went away. i personally think getting rid of acne on chest is alot easier than getting rid of it on the face of back. i have alot of bacne and some stubborn clogged pores on my face.

I get that sometimes too, but I got rid of it from a prescription from the doctor.
I think using your regular facial cleanser (or an acne cleanser) there and any "zit-removing" creams you have. Don't forget to use a hot washcloth there to open up the pimple.
