The Greeks were probably the most advanced and (overall) most intellignet of the Ancient Civilizations, but yet none of them actually bothered to climb Mount Olympus or they would've known the Gods weren't there... weird, eh?

maybe they were afraid that the gods will have them punished if they were to try and find the truth?
