I've never really been able to nap. I guess when I went to preschool we'd nap for like 30mins. but I'd usually just lay there, haha. I can't nap and I don't know why. I think there might have been a few times in the past when I've fallen asleep or something. Does it count when your sick and get out of bed to ask your mom if you can stay home and then go back to bed? haha

So like okay, I went to take a short nap, and I ended up sleeping for 17 hours!!!!
I've taken long naps during the day before.. It's kind of scary.
So okay, what happened was that I got home from school (augh, college) around 4 pm and then I crawled in my bf's bed to take a short nap. Next thing I know, it's the like, the next day!

I didn't expect to sleep for so long! I felt like crap after waking up.. :/

I don't have a sleep schedule as such, so what could be seen as a 5 hour nap could easily be myself having "real" sleep. However, now I work the evilest schedule for a spaniard (12:30 pm to 7:30 pm) so no siesta for me unless it's the weekend. Then I can sleep mighty naps that can last for hours if the demonic kids that live next door don't decide to play with their karaoke. ;_;

I dont take naps because when I do I have a very hard time waking up so they turn into like 6 hour naps. This was a kind of funny subject to me because if any of you know who dane cook is...he had this joke about how his girlfriend was always over exaggerating things and she said that she took like a hundred hour nap onetime. He got all mad and said thats not a nap! thats a coma! Your telling me you took a coma after work?...
yeah...funny.

about 49 hours.
I hadn't slept for about 2 weeks before that... then I'm just like "i think I'm gonna go take a nap." I woke up 49 hours later. totally thought it had just been like an hour... I was so confused for the next few days... I lost over 2 days of my life to sleep.
That's why I dont sleep anymore. Sleeping is a waste of time. I mean, seriously. Think about it. We spend what? half our lives sleeping or some shit like that?
If I hadn't slept half my life away, you never know what I could have done. I could have learned to make acid or something.
Hell, f**k that, I could have invented a NEW drug and gotten millions of people addicted to it by now!!
but you know what else is a waste of time? Writing in these forums. I think I'm gonna go chase squirrels or some shit like that.

Yesterday i got back from the beach around 4pm. I went to sleep and didn't wake up again until 10 pm. Then I changed and went back to sleep until around 8:30 this morning. I'd say that was the longest nap I've ever taken. I must hav been tired... Haha.

I think I was asleep for 6 hours, if you count passing out a nap.

I had an 18 hour nap once when I was really sick. I guess it wasn't really a nap since it was so long.. It was intended to be though. I went to sleep around 3, thinking I would wake up in an hour or so.

I slept for like 20 hours one time... but I think that was more sleeping than it was napping. It was after I got back from Europe on a school trip... I didnt sleep at all on the plane.
I never take naps though.

i don't take a lot of naps unless i'm dead tired, like if i stayed up really late the night before and got up early or if i had to work really early in the morning. usually though, i'll just make up for it the next night by sleeping for a good period of time. it's been weird this summer, though. no matter what time i go to bed, i'm always up by noon (or somewhere in there) if i don't have to be up for anything. therefore, i could sleep anywhere from 6-13 hours depending. i can pull out a power nap of at least 5-6 hours sometimes.

And how can it be considered a nap when it's longer than like 6 hours?

you are a f**king retard. sleeping is not a waste of time. to be healthy you need sleep. and it seems impossible to go without sleep for two weeks straight. you'll be hallucinating by the 5th day.
edit: and not to spam the longest nap i've had was probably 2 or 3 hours in the afternoon.
