i dont kno wut u mean by publish. but if you wanna get your work on t-shirts there are programs for that, that you can search google for. If you wanna make it into a card you can always print. for hosting. It will cost you though.

through deviantart, you could make your work available for print on various mediums, such as mousepads, t-shirts, etc.
