It is a nice concept, but the font is very pixelated. I would also decrease the size and remove some of the brushes, I think they are distracting.

the texture you used is kinda odd, b/c it cuts off on the right.

The top looks like from Photoshop. It's soft and gentle.

The text and the bottom looks like it is from Paint. Here looks bold and ugly.

No balance. Fix it. Either make it all soft or all bold. Or mix them really well.

I like the image, But i think a better font could be used than the usual comic sans MS
the image looks dark and mysterious so maybe try a font with the same theme?
