I'd go with Chinese guys because they'll have about the same cultural background as I do and celebrate the same Chinese holidays as I do, and possibly have the same values that I do. I'm going with similarities because people who are similar to each other have a higher chance of becoming attracted to each other.

Uhm... idk. It definitely depends. I wouldn't say a specific race is hotter than others.
Most of the Irish guys I met would cute, I've also met some really hot black guys.
I know a lot of white guys who are attractive, and I think some asians are as well. Oh, and italian/french/australian = hot as well.
