so i'm wanting to sing in my school's talent show, but i can't find an accapella cersion of the song i want to sing, It's in his kiss, by betty everet, not the cher version. i downloaded av music morpher gold, but it really didn't work too well, i even searched one on limewire.
soo.... i was wondering if someone with some dj-ing abilities would be nice enough to do the voice removing for me?

Try looking for the instrumental version of that song. Instrumental is the song without the voice.

Um...why would you need an a cappella version of a song in order to sing it? Can't you sing it from the original song?
Maybe I'm just being stupid here, but it's not making sense to me.

To prove that it is not lip syncing. Or singing too softly. Or to add one's own flare to the song.

^ Whoops, sorry.
The a cappella and the voice removing parts of his/her confused me. You see, because...a cappella means vocal singing without musical accompaniment.
Do you happen to have the original song? I could probably remove the voice for you. The quality could come out quite crappy though.

Acapella means only a singer is singing.
What you want is karaoke? ;P
Damn, I want to go karaoking now!

I believe she meant that she wanted to instrumental version of the song.
If she meant acapella, she wouldn't be asking this question in the first place.
