One of my friends has created a page for his new band and wishes to customize it. I've never worked with a myspace band page before but I wanted to know if the same rules go into play like when u create a div overlay for a non-band myspace page. Like if you hide the whole page will their player disappear as well, and their show times etc. ?

I like what the PLAIN WHITE T'S have going on in theirs ... I don't know if their page is down right now. Check it out later if it is.

Basically it would be nice if someone could tell me the different aspects i'd have to take into consideration when creating a div overlay on a band page. If a topic already exists on this, or there are scripts on this already sorry but I've been looking around on here and haven't really found much addressing this.

Any input would be extremely helpful!

Thanks in advance biggrin.gif

I haven't worked with music myspaces. I guess some of the codes you'd just have to try out and see if they work.

Intercourse.
^that link doesn't work I hope you know... pinch.gif You need to change the url so it doesn't have createblog.com in it..

Its actually really easy to code a bands myspace in my opinion of course do you have the graphics to make a layout similar to theirs perhaps?

hm awkward, when i put it in there there is no createBlog in it.

when i edit it, theres still no createBlog in it.

As for the graphics thing I haven't really started anything at all, I just wanted to get some more info on it but like you said I'll just try out the regular stuff and see how those codes work out in band pages. Thanks for responding and also for the link, it's appreciated.
