in public school they have a rule on how long the skirts and shorts should be. and they send you home if your skirt/shorts is/are too short.

If I can see your butt/underwear when you bend over, or go to sit down, or if I mistaken your skirt for a large belt, then yes your skirt is too short and too slutty

If you wear them sometimes and know when a skirt is too short, then it's okay.
If someone is overweight and wears a short skirt it's just annoying. >.<

I would never wear short skirts again since that incident, not knowing that it was so short that you could see my shorts underneath it. It was quite embarrassing. But I think it does look kinda "slutty" but if you were at the beach I think it's ok. People in my school wear them with "ugg" boots, which i think they look ugly. but wearing short skirts they look ok if it's hot but when it's cold. come on...

I own 1 or 2. Rarely wear them to school. The one time I did I kept getting glared at especially walking up the stairs..ahem. It was really uncomfortable. i dont see why anyone would want to wear one now though, it's too freaking cold put pants on!!!

I think that they're fine to wear. My legs & butt are my pride and joy of my body, so every once in a while, I like to show them off. Not my butt, obviously, cause then it'd have to be REALLY short. But all my skirts follow the finger rule..you know, when you put it on and put your hands on your thighs and your middle finger isn't farther down than the skirt?

i dont think short skirts are slutty at all. i wear them all the time especially if im going to a party which i spose is just normal for us girls. && plus i usually wear them when i meetin boys or something because i spose in a way, boys love girls in skirts if they have a nice figure and tht.

Ha my legs are probably the only good thing about my body. Mostly I wear jeans 'cause they're comfy, but when I want to feel a bit more dressed up and it's warm I'll wear a skirt. I always get the "Erm...isn't that too much skin." comment, but you never see my ass or my underdoos...I think the people I go to school with are either uptight or unoriginal because they say the same thin even if I wear leggings.

It depends if they are wearing them for attention and to show off their body, or if they are just wearing it because they think that it's cute.

leggings are def. a good way to make the skirt 'less 'slutty.... but if the skirt is too short, even with leggings it may be too short.

Some short skirts are very slutty and sometimes its has nothing to do with the skirt its how you walk, sit, and act while your wearing the skirt is what determines whther your slutty or not. I dont wear short skirts just cuz Im more of a sweatpant pajama type of girl but my sister wears alot of them and i dont consider her to look slutty

i hvae never worn a short skirt, butt i have nice legs, so maybe i will this summer(: they are NOT slutty, only if you look slutty when you wear them, then it is.
