Americanised dumplings are disgusting. I hate those frozen ones at like Costco or something. Those degrade real dumplings.
I like the ones my mom makes. She makes the stuff inside, I roll out the dough, and we both fold it pretty. Homemade dumplings are the shiz!
They're delicious!

Store-bought dumplings are too oily and taste funny.

Store-bought skins are nasty too, because the texture is somewhat rubbery.
The only kind I eat is pork and leek with cabbage. And I have to have a specific type of rice vinegar to go with it. Plus, I always OD on the vinegar.

The ones my parents make are really good. I'm having some for dinner tonight! :D

I love dumplings, pot stickers, any little bun things that resemble dumplings/pot stickers...etc. And yes, the American ones taste awful.

Have you ever had crappy generic chicken dumplings? Worse food ever.
My favorite is the dumplings with pork, cabbage, and corn in it. GODDAMN DELICIOUS.

Oooh. I like the Taiwanese dumplings in a broth, then I would dip the dumpling in the black vinegar to make it tastier.
I like Japanese potstickers! It's called Gyoza, or something like that.
I like it when it's JUICY inside!
