I am thinking of whether I should try it or not, or I should wait till the official one.

Any comments or suggestions about Photoshop CS3?

I saw this topic on Seizure a while back. Apparently, it's really good. I can't say I tried it personally, though.

I'm gonna wait for the official one..

Hmm... I might just stick with CS2. None of the new features they show would really benefit me too much.

Doesn't CS3 beta come with a lightroom (sort of a digital darkroom)? I'd love to have it! :D

I have sworn to master the pen tool before moving on to try any other form of Photoshop.

...basically, I'll never try CS3 out. _dry.gif

Aww, lol. Ask me if you need any help. :D Having attempted many times to make vexels, I've gotten used to it.

I'm really looking forward to the the automatic layer alignment and blending tools.

Using automatic layer alignment and blending, easily combine the best parts of multiple images of the same scene into one "best" image. Simply place multiple, related images on separate layers in one document, and let Photoshop CS3 analyze the contents, moving and rotating the layers so they overlap as precisely as possible. Then use the masking tools to reveal the areas you need from different layers to finalize the elements of the composite image. Automatic layer blending seamlessly blends the color and shading into the final image. The "Auto-Align Layers" and "Auto-Blend Layers" commands are both found in the Edit menu. Note that you must have multiple layers selected simultaneously in the Layers palette before you can apply these commands.

I don't know if it comes with Adobe Lightroom, but I know there was a public beta for Adobe Lightroom that you can download separately. I have it myself, and it's pretty useful if you like to work by volume.

Pen tool hates me. mellow.gif And I'm looking forward to that, too. Seems cool. And very very helpful.

^ I don't like the pen tool either.

Obviously it's gonna be more advanced so it must be better. Sucks though, i don't even have CS2. I have 7.0 but i use CS2 at school for Photoshop class.

GUYS YOU MUST WAIT, us [meaning people who already own it] they have shut us out. So if you download it, it's basically useless because you can't open it. So wait for the final release.

I'd love this, too bad I don't have a CS2 serial number.. stubborn.gif cry.gif

Ah I think I'll wait til the official one to come out before using it. Just my luck my dad will end up trying this out and go on and on and on about and perhaps even ruin it pinch.gif
