Hey Guys! Would anyone be willing to fill out a short 15 question survey for a project I'm doing?

I'm looking for people around the age range of 18-25 especially, but if you're not in that range, you can give it a shot too! I'll probably be giving out 10-15, but there's no guarantee peeps will fill them out. If you're interested, you can request the document file/image file to fill it out on.
