Ever since I was born, I was fine with my surroundings, who I was friends with, the community, the schools, relationships, etc. It started to get buried after 6th grade. During 4th-6th grade I made a lot of friends I can sure go to when I'm in trouble, who I can trust 100% of the time no matter what situation. After 6th grade graduation, I was excited for middle school. I was thinking "Oh it'll be the time where things would get more exciting" .. but like weeks later in the summer, they say we're going to move sometime this week. I was f**king mad and sad at the same time. I had to leave every shit behind and had to start over. So I moved to this town and it was totally different. The population was less, more whites, more quiet, boring ... so obviously I had attend middle school there. It was f**king miserable. I got suspended, got racial remarks from dirty white people, and had backstabbers. Before where I lived, I had about 20 close friends I hung out with, and here, I only have like 4. I begged my parents to move back but they were like "No" .. I just don't feel comfortable here. But now that I'm in high school in this town, I hope things would be fresh but it's going alright. Still f**ked it up. ever been ina situation like this?

There's got to be a reason behind why you all moved? You'll make more friends, but I don't know if it'll be 20 but you'll make more. And the racial remarks would probably degrade me.

Like Suzzette said, it's not your parents fault that you dont have as many friends as you used to. And trust me, you will be in a situation worse than this one some day in your life. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. Atleast you're not somewhere where everybody hates you.

Second of all:
Do you honestly think someone 2000 miles away on the internet gives a shit? Does it make you feel good when you take out your anger on others? If you have issues, don't come crying to us. We don't personally know you, so how can we care? It's not the town that's bad, okay? It's your attitude and the way YOU'RE approaching it. Yes, those racist comments were unnecessary. So is stereotyping an entire race of people based on the actions of a few. Maybe if you try to change your attitude and your perspective, things will get better. Playing the blame game is always easier than acknowledging that YOU are the problem, which you are.

Damn, your still a hell of alot better off than I have been for years. Imagine being in a Democrat, Liberal, agnostic in a Conservative Christian school full of stuck up rich kids. And being the only one.
Your lucky you've only had to relocate once. I've known kids who've moved from state to state SEVERAL times. Plus, being in elementary school is different. I had tons more friends back then too. Quit trying to blame your parents. Did you ever think you might have less friends for a reason? People are probably getting tired of your bitching.

yes it's happened to me but i learned to deal. it's not your parent's fault anyway. you sound like you're the only person in the world who has to move into a new town and is familiar with no one. of course moving to a new place sucks. just get over it. it's not like you can change the past now.

But probably not.
Edit// I should probly put some helpful crap in here. Your parents didn't move for the sole purpose of 'ruining your life'. They probably moved to put your family in a better economic situation. Moving ain't bad, you can still keep in touch wit your friends.

Are you kidding me? I't be completely different if you started a topic about how you've had a hard time adjusting to moving, and making friends in your school. Then that would be totally understandable, and people would give suggestions/help. But when you come off a a totally spoiled ass, and drag your parents into claiming that they ruined your life, hah. jason, treat others the way you want to be treated. i'm pretty sure you learned that rule in elementry school. quit crying about it, and be thankful that you even have parents and that you're fortunate that they are still owning you. karma's just gonna hit you back in the face and then you'll start to realize it, so you better start to show some respect.
i really dont think that they moved to intentionally ruin your life. they did it maybe for another reason. i dont get why they would spend money to ruin your life. they're your parents for god sakes. they would rather keep you happy.
