well i dont know about anyone else who drives but it is for me straining beacause you have to pay attention to everything the lights,the pedestrians,and the people on the motorcycles and mopeds over here that seem to decide that 1 in the morning is ok to start riding them. so you really need to be fully rested and focused before you get behind the wheel. beacause before i got my licence i thought the same exact thing but i was totaly wrong
