Hey do u guyz have any photoshop 5 brushes i realli need themm especially the film strip.

I don't know if I should have made a new thread, but speaking of this same picture, does anyone know how those line were made at the bottom. I am assuming it's with that shear (bend like tool) in photoshop; am I correct? Any, help is greatly appreciated.

Lines at the bottom are brushes. Which I own.
