in ps all you have to do is paste the heart once, and go to edit-define pattern.

in psp you open the image, click on your foreground color, go over to patterns, and choose your image. use the paint bucket and fill the pattern wherever you want.

i know, i use ps but where can i find tha lil hearts?

try searching next time..
