ok so im about to start a web design website & i want a free host.
But, i dont want a host like freewebs, geocities ,etc.
I want a subdomain on a site like nuclearcentury,new-revolutions,etc.
Does anyone know of any other sites like that that are easy to get hosted on?

Look around other forums and look around here, as I said, you want to be hosted on someone who already has a domain. It may not be easy though, because some require experience in both coding and graphics.
