I was reading a magazine today and I came across this advertisment on Build-a-Tan and I was wondering if it actually works. It says that it builds a healthy glow with each application but I don't think it works. Has any of you guys tried this product before? Does it work? What's your opinion about it?

I personally have never tried it, considering I'm tan as it is, but my friend has used something similar to what you are refering to.
It hardly worked on her and where it did work, she had differnt blotches of differnt taned colors.
It might work on certain skin types and probably varies on the amount that is applied, but in my friend's case, it didn't work at all.
[Note: She had slightly tanner skin that most people].

i haven't used the specific type, but I've used a few kind of self tanners or w/e and they are all the same, sooner or later something turns orange, well maybe its cause im light skinned but yea. And it always turns out uneven somewhere it's like impossible to make it even.

I don't think it would work. Most tanners just make you look orange.

I don't think those work very good. You can usually tell that they're fake and it's hard to get them even. I don't use them because I am super white, haha, but I like to use that lotion with a bit of tint to it... it doesn't make you tan per-say but it helped me keep my tan from summer for a long time and I still have a bit of a tan.
