Mmk. Calm down a bit, this also goes in website help mmk? You can make a .html or .htm document in notepad. Just put all your codes etc in the file . Then save it as a .html . (File > save as) then change your options ( I don't know the exact ones since I don't have notepad ) so it can be a .html.

If your trying to make a page it has to be .html or .htm. If you mean upload a .txt you have to just go to the upload page and do it? But if your trying to make your main page . Change .txt to .html
