ok forsome reason im not allowed to post a new topic or something in OTHER forums but only in this one.. WHY?!??!??!?!?!

i kept doing that and relogging in about 15 timessss!! nothing worked... because i was going to post a topic thing asking for help in how to make a DIV layout because i make layouts...
Are you sure you went all the way into the help subforums?
Because you can't make a new topic right in the different blog forums; you have to go in one of the subforums.
