Nah, although, I have before. I apologized immediately. I play my guitar and write music or poems. I've never really seen the point in taking my stress out on others and yelling or getting angry at someone when it's not even their fault.

I try not to but I do it anyways-Yeah I know its not a good thing but when youre stressed out or pissed off buts its thats sort of thing where you cant really help it. Once it started you cant stop it..i mean they say take it out on a pillow but no one has a darn pillow everywhere they are/go..haha

Yes, all the time. Which is why I don't like being around anyone when I'm super stressed because I'm a total bitch and I then I feel really bad afterward.

If I do take it out on someone, it tends to be on family rather than friends. 'Tis why I listen to my music or do something I enjoy to cool off first. :x

I've got this anger management problem.
and yeah,I do.
but most of the time it's on things like furniture and lamps and hairdryers and stuff.
usually if I smoke a cigarette or something I'm fine.
and I know it's a nasty habit but it forces me to inhale/exhale.
and that calms me down.

No way. My sister has a horrible habit of doing that, and I always try to stay away from people or stay calm whenever I'm stressed, because I know how it feels to be on the receiving end of it, and it's not fun.

YES. All the time. Jeesh.

I have major anger issues, so whenever I'm mad, my mind makes me think that it's the closest person's fault, so I take it out on them. Either that or my mind tricks me into thinking that I'm the only person in the world that annoying things happen to.

Just a peek into my thought processes.
