Just wondering, my friends say I have too much. And I'm talking networked here, so how much can you use from one computer. Yea I'm stupid, that's why I'm posting this.

In case you don't know how to check go to Start>My computer>Right click on the drives>Properties to see how much you have.

My total Harddrive space (not for the faint of heart) is 120+120+120+200+80+40=680gb's I could hook up another comp and get another 8Gbs and I also have a 160gb harddrive just sitting around that I could stick in my external enclosure. Oh and the harddrive space is spread about on 2 desktops, 1 laptop, and one external harddrive.

Comp one = 2x 120
Comp Two = 120+200
Laptop = 40
External = 80

two wd 120 gb in my tower and another wd 80 gb for storage, a 60 gb in my laptop.

Holy crap you gotta lot of hard drive space! I've got 30gb and that's enough for me.

Lol the comp I'm using now is only 8gb... Coz I store everything in another comp. I use this comp to go online only... The other comp I use has about 100gb.

It's good to have 2 hard drive... one high RPM low storage for boot (cheap) and one that isnt as high but high storage (still cheap)

Initially I started out with about 80 gigabytes...but my external hd has like..200 and that's cool. Except for the fact that I have so much stuff on it that there's only about 10 gigs left. ='[

Right now I have my OS installed on a 350 gig SATA150. Then I have 4 more HITACHI Deskstar 400 gig HDD on a RAID. I am set for a while.....

BTW, if your motherboard has the option of SerialATA 150/3.0gbs, do it... It makes IDE look like dialup compared to a OC3.....
