I have sweaty hands, and i don't know why...

it's embarrasing and makes me self concious

If it's really sweaty, it could be palmar hyperhidrosis. If you're really concerned about it, go see a doctor.

idk it could be medical, or just nervous.
i`m wearing some sort of glove or armwarmer usually so i don`t really notice. ;/

I suggest just going to the links that Elaine gave, I don't really think you should be insecure about it.. I think you just may get nervous perhaps, but hey never know until you look into some research.

I always get sweaty hands before a piano recital or something. It sucks. & then my hands get cold and when it's my turn to play, my fingers can barely move. Ouch.

Probably your nerves. Your best bet would be to keep your hands warm.

If it's nonstop.. then yeah, go to a doctor. I read in Cosmo!girl once about a girl who couldn't stop sweating. Like she could be doing nothing and she would still be sweating.

Anyways, my guyfriend said its so much better to have someone with warm hands then cold hands. You want to cuddle with something warm, not cold.
