I know how to outline pictures but how do you outline brushes in psp?

Stamp the brush. Create a new layer under the brush. Go to Selections - Modify - Expand. Enter how many pixels you want the border to be. Fill the selection with a color, and vhwallah.

Do they have a tutorial on this?
