there's a huge rumor flying around that our new dean might make us get uniforms. but my friend said that public schools CAN'T get uniforms. :S

well.. he's already banned tight pants and ripped jeans.

i believe there's also another rumor that he's banning sweatshirts/jackets because of weed/other drugs. -_- oh god. i wouldn't be too surprised if we did get uniforms. wtf yo.

Yes, they can. My brother's elementary school is public and they got uniforms this year. Haha, but I didn't have to wear them when I still went to that school (I graduated our elementary in 2003).
