im basicly sayin he used to talk to me and all of a sudden he dosen't he'll talk to any random person but he won't talk to me or my best friend.its really weird maybe i am jumping to conclusions but i wish guys could just say what they feel and not end upletting me guessing cuz then i get stressed out and worried and everyrthing else that goes along with it.because i wouldnt get worried if i didnt think that i like him too...

You should just go up to him and say "Hi, long time no talk" to lighten the mood and lessen the awkwardness. Try to be friends with him again and see if there are any other signs that he may like you. He may just be staring at you because he's wondering whether he should talk to you or not since you last saw each other in elementary school. If it turns out he does like you, ask him to hang out and things should move from there.

If you're too scared to talk to one another, how do you expect to have a real relationship? At least get to know him better, and don't jump to conclusions.

Like everyone else said, talk to him some how. I know it might be difficult and awkward, but if things work smoothly, it may work out.
