My mom says it to me all the time! She is like "You know that out of all your friends I am your best friend and you can always come to me and I will never backstab you" I Just smile and say I know, but sometimes I explain to her that she is my mom and she can't expect me to tell her all the things that I am comfortable telling my friends about.
