When i make a graphic on Photoshop 6, they turn out darkened and look bad. But when i view other peoples graphics, on the SAME coumputer, their images turn out like this

is there a way i can fix this, or is it the photoshop im using, cause i want ma images to turn out like this.?

Well I don't exactly know how the image ends up looking on your computer of other peoples graphics. I mean if your graphics are just really dark then perhaps change it up a bit like you learn in this tutorial:

Color Enhancement
Making dark images look vibrant.

To give off more of a color, but can add a bit of lightness use this:
