can anyone else download songs off purevolume.com or is it just me?

I'm not sure I really understand what you're trying to ask. But it's not just you who can download purevolume songs. Everyone can if the band makes their music downloadable. A lot of them make their songs undownloadable though so I hope I answered your question.
