But if you are able to hold it for a long time you have a less likely chance of getting one =o or going to the bathroom RIGHT BEFORE you go to bed. Not going and then getting on the computer for 30 minutes and THEN going to bed.... RIGHT BEFORE YOU GO TO BED.

Yeah but when a girls breasts get tender, those hurt if someone hits them they hurt
plus ive heard the men go through a monthly too, but just by emotional causes
But anyways ive heard from guy friends they can be a hassle especially if they don't go away before you have to leave for school :p
