I don't think you can get an STD that way.

It has to be in direct contact with the bloodstream or whatever and I don't think that it can go into your bloodstream like that.

oh did you hear the aobut that dentist? yeah he wasn't wearing any proctective eyewear and he was working on a patient and apparently blood from the mouth of the patient went in the dentist's eye and he got aids... and if that's jsut a drop of blood and that person was doing that all over the other person's face then yeah i think he/she could get aids...

Actually, if blood with AIDS/HIV+ enters your eye you get AIDS. Apparently, you're eye assorbs a lot of stuff. (sounds stupid, but I just don't know how else to put it)

yes it's possible. the wetish skin around the eyes are membrane and can be easily penetrated. if you touched someone's flu tissues and rubbed your eyes, you would get the flu. however, this would only apply to HIV (which is extremely viral but the chances are slim... iunno...but still something to worry about).

you can't get AIDS without getting HIV first.
