The Mets deserved to win, Goddammit! They had the best record for almost the whole season. If they played the Tigers for the series, they would have won.
Between the Cardinals and Tigers, I think the Tigers should have won. I just think that the Tigers made a bad choice with choosing Verlander.. The Tigers should have chose someone else because of what he did in game 1.
I even bet on it.. I was so certain that the Tigers were gonna win and then Verlander comes along and screws everything up!
