So, everytime I try to open iTunes the Applications Window opens automatically and I have to select the iTunes icon from there... so, everything works, but it's just a hassle since it stalls everything. I didn't change anything, I just came home from school and turned on iTunes and then- boom! window craziness!

Anyone have any ideas?!?

Are you trying to open it from the Dock? Try removing iTunes from the Dock, then re-adding it.

Okay... it seemed to fix itself... don't know why... but, if it acts up again I'll try that. Thanks.
