^^whats FUSION?
Fusion is a combinations of different styles! Aside from fusion, restaurant or chef original dishes are also pretty good.

MEXICAN!
Again going with the california thing. In Southern California(not the little beachy orange county parts) we have the best hole-in-the-wall mexican food places EVER! I swear go down to Pico Rivera or Whittier and you'll find some kickass food.
Tortas, Flautas, Albondigas...mm all so yummy!

Oh, this is really hard. I'm not really into EVERYTHING about one type of ethnic food, more just bits of it. But I guess I'd have to say chinese, italian, and mexican are my top three.

Eating Chinese food for 10+ years (and still ongoing...) of my life is horrible... so it would have to be Italian or Japanese. Maybe even Mexican.

I'm not sure if Kimchi is Korean, but, damn, it's delicious.

Do you guys like Asian food because you're Asian?
Not necessarily, but I've grown up eating Chinese food so I like it. And by Chinese food, I
don't mean the greasy takeout that non-Asians think is what Chinese people actually eat at home, because it's not. :P I rarely have takeout.
I like traditional Chinese food, Japanese, and Italian.
