this is my fourth oil painting, first portrait :x
i don't know if you can really tell who it is though lol
it was supposed to be Alyson Michalka from Aly & AJ xP

i did this all of yesterday - took about 2 or 3 hours; there's a lot that i think i need to fix, though. i was afraid to put a lot of brown in her face, so now it looks too white. her eyes are a little messed up too. i think i'll add more values to this later. also, her nose looks really weird. i was afraid of painting that part, too. lol.

It's really plain and simple. Add more shadow to her face, detail to her eyes, etc.

I hate painting/sketching portraits too. I take months to perfect them ):

but it`s still a beautiful portrait.
