Dashing through the meadows
Butterfly lovers gliding through the air
They fly with a blissful song
Parading in wordly affairs

The mountain scenery
Sketching its borders with triumph
Tending its blossoming flowers
As they grow into a sacred serenity

Dazing through the night
The jeweled stars guiding as their only light
They fly in the heavens as the smoon smiles upon
The Butterfly Lovers venture on

By dawn they break into a sonata of glory
See them dashing through the meadows
Golden rays chasing their tracks
Shadows withering upon their arrival

The Butterfly Lovers
See them in their wonderous dance
Telling tales of faraway adventures
A knowledge never jaundiced nor imperfect

Now the Butterfly Lovers rest
They sleep in the arms of the sun
Its warming fires chanting blessful wishes
The white clouds comforting and pleasant
A peaceful end for the magnificance
An unforgettable, temporary departure
A finale for the benevolent creatures

It's not really about butterflies. This poem has figurative meaning. I was hoping readers would've caught it.
