Full Version: i think i deleted the calculator from my comp..
i dont even know how it got deleted in the first place prob. by accident or sthing..anyways the computer cannot find it or start the program..anyway to get it back?

Check Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories.
Check Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories.
Look for it in C:\WINDOWS\system32; it should be under "calc.exe" in that folder.

my paint doesn't show up there but i still have the prgm so she probably uninstalled it
^ No, I don't think she uninstalled it. It's pretty much impossible to do so without a slightly extended knowlege of Windows.
Try Start Menu > Run
And paste
%SystemRoot%\system32\calc.exe
In there.
That should start up your calculator.
If you want it in your start menu again, go to C:\WINDOWS\system32 and click on a file called "calc" (click only once) and drag it into your start menu.
