like the skin color,it usually doesnt come out like that.so is there any effect that you can do on a picture to make it like that.i use psp,or is there any website that has turoials on how to do picture effects.i tried swimfan but i couldnt find it.anyone?thanks

Hmm...Are you trying to colorize or just make it out of a color picture?

Colorize - Brush over the skin with a peachy color, merge all, duplicate and set the duplicated layer to overlay.

Color picture - Duplicate the layer and set the copy to overlay.

Easy; the picture just seemed overlayed to me :]

i went right clicked that specific layer and i went down and clicked on merge.is tht how you can do it too?
