where is a good place for pngs and psds?

&& how do people do scan lines inside text
im talking bout fer both psp and paintshop pro

You mean you have both ps and psp . (psp is paint shop pro)

If you have photoshops to get the scan lines. Make it a pattern. Then write the text. Then click the little "f" character on the layer pallete. (make sure you are on the text layer) and go to pattern overlay. Find that pattern . And yea.

I use PSDelightful for psds sometimes.
And for pngs > Visual Addiction is a good site.
