I have finished my college essay and was wondering if anyone could give me any suggestions or tips to making it better. A lot of the colleges topics are "What is an achievement that you are most proud of and why?" and I used a past experience to talk about how my (nonexistant) leadership skills are amazing.

Um. I'm not going to critique your essay, but I will tell you this:

Posting up your college app essay online is a bad, bad, bad, bad, bad idea. If you want somebody to read it, go to your english teacher or your parents or even a close friend.

I reckon... for my final english essay I jocked other peoples stuff that they posted on the internet for critiquing
